Nose -Rich dark fruit cake laced with spices, vanilla bean honey and roasted hazelnuts with burnt orange and cognac a touch of molasses and stewed fruit.

 

Mouthfeel- Soft, thick, luscious and creamy with a delightful prickle forward driving bursting spices throughout the pallet.

 

Taste- Big rich stewed fruits and spice, balanced against a subtle cured meat and oak, shines with rich leather and spice on finish.

 

Length- Great length with spice dancing on the tongue driving a numbing sensation to the gums. The tingling sensation transitioning into cured meats, leather and sweet oak.
